Annual Ratification Service

This yearly service provides your business with the following:
  • An assessment of your investigators' statements and/or interviews
  • The interviews will be assessed to a framework and a report fed back to the Line Manager or nominated person.
  • Assessment will include areas of strength, areas for improvement and key learning areas.
  • Feedback given in actionable format thus assisting the investigator to improve.
  • With CPD in mind this ensures consistency and transparency of statements and interviews of your investigators.
